Notice is hereby given that Samantha Ife of 10 Beer Bottles has applied in respect of the 3 Jolliffe's Yard, Wivenhoe, CO7 9AZ, for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: ~ the sale of alcohol, off-site consumption only and the sale of alcohol online. Alcohol hours between the hours of 00.00 to 23.59 daily due to selling online. Retail opening hours may vary due to trade but alcohol hours are as stated in to fulfill online orders. Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 05/03/21, to the Licensing Authority, Colchester Borough Council, PO Box 889, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG.  It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is £5000.
