WINCHESTER CITY COUNCIL - NOTICE OF MADE TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER
THE HAMPSHIRE (VARIOUS ROADS, WHITELEY) (PARKING PLACES AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING) ORDER 2004 (VARIATION NO.4) ORDER 2020
Winchester City Council pursuant to arrangements made with Hampshire County Council gives notice that it has made the above road traffic order Order under Sections 1, 2, 4, 122 (1) and (2) and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act"), as amended by the Road Traffic Regulation (Parking) Act 1986 and of all other enabling powers, and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the Act.
The effect of the Order is to:
1. Introduce lengths of no waiting at any time (double yellow lines) on Bluebell Way, Whiteley and on Silver Birch Way at its junction with Bluebell Way.
2. Amend The Hampshire (Various Roads, Whiteley) (Parking Places and Restriction of Waiting) Order 2004 to bring it in line with restrictions on street in Leafy Lane and Parkway.
The Order will come into operation on 17th February 2021.

Any person wishing to question the validity of this Order or any provisions contained in it on the grounds that any requirements of the Act, or of any instrument made under that Act has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from the 4th February 2021 apply to the High Court.
