Notice is hereby given that I, Daryl John Frankland, have applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as THE THREE HORSESHOES, PIT HOUSE LANE, LEAMSIDE, DURHAM. DH4 6QQ for the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following proposed licensable activities: - Sale by retail of alcohol (on and off sales) from 10:00 00:30, Recorded Music (indoors & outdoors) from 07:00 00:00, Live Music and anything similar (indoors only) from 10:00 00:00. Also, the provision of late-night refreshment (indoors only) from 23:00 00:00. All activities are Monday to Sunday inclusive. New Year's Eve: until 03:00 the following day for entertainment & late night refreshment and 03:30 for sale of alcohol. Representations must be made in writing and received by 5TH MARCH 2021.
