(Basildon Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No.5) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council Has Made the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45,46,49,53 and Part III & IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the older:
1. To revoke part of the 'No Waiting at any Time' restrictions to allow the installation of a bus stop clearway on Radwinter Avenue, Wickford in the Borough of Basildon, EAST SIDE: From a point approximately 36 metres south of its junction with the southern kerb line of Tiptree Grove in a southerly direction for an approximate distance of 23 metres.
2. To introduce 'No Waiting at Any Time' restrictions on the following lengths of Radwinter Avenue, Wickford in the Borough of Basildon:

WEST SIDE:
From a point approximately 62 metres south from its junction with the southern kerb line of Tiptree Grove in a southerly direction for approximately 15 metres.
From a point approximately 106 metres south from its junction with the southern kerb line of Tiptree Grove in a southerly direction for approximately 30 metres.
This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Basildon Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by substituting tile numbers TQ745 927, TQ745 930 revision 0 to revision 1.
Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 12 February 2021.

Application to the high court Anyone who wishes to question the validity of the Order of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from the date of the making of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose.
(Anne Boleyn Drive, Rochford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Anne Boleyn Drive, Rochford in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Sutton Court Drive for a distance of approximately 40m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 3rd March 2021 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30058336370 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. An alternative route is available via Sutton Court Drive, Queensland Avenue, Southend Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 18th February 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Greensward Lane, Ashingdon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Greensward Lane, Ashingdon in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Trinity Wood Road for a distance of approximately 45m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd March 2021 for 1 night (20:30-23:30), or where stated on a valid permit (EN0143125643-2 - Essex And Suffolk Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while remedial carriageway works are undertaken by Essex And Suffolk Water.
An alternative route is available via Greensward Lane, Spa Road, Southend Road, Main Road, Hall Road, Rectory Road, Ashingdon Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 18th February 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Mapledene Avenue, Hullbridge) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Mapledene Avenue, Hullbridge in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Thorpedene Avenue for a distance of approximately 70m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 1 st March 2021 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2307240 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while footway works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Thorpedene Avenue, Ferry Road, Mayfield Avenue, Cedar Drive, Mapledene Avenue and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 18th February 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(St Johns Road, Benfleet) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of St Johns Road, Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with St Marks Road to its junction with Lynton Road a distance of approximately 105m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 3rd March 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2308796 -Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

(Cornhill Avenue, Hockley) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Cornhill Avenue, Hockley in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Hamilton Gardens to its other junction with Hamilton Gardens a distance of approximately 454m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 15th February 2021 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2309219 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while footway repair works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Dry Street, Langdon Hills in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with High Road to its junction with Nether Mayne a distance of approximately 2740m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 15th February 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2308841 -Essex County Council). The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while bollard installation works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

(Harrogate Road, Hockley) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Harrogate Road, Hockley in the District of Rochford, from a point approximately 100m north west of its junction with Greensward Lane for a distance of approximately 30m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 15th February 2021 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ7031000998620 - Cadenf). Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Shopland Road, Sutton in the District of Rochford, from a point approximately 440m north west of its junction with Barling Road for a distance of approximately 135m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 15th February 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30005193854 - UK Power Networks). Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Takely Ride, Basildon in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Waldegrave to its junction with Takely End a distance of approximately 145m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 15th February 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2292978 - Essex County Council). (Wash Road, Noak Bridge) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Wash Road, Noak Bridge in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Noak Hill Road to its junction with Pound Lane North a distance of approximately 115m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 15th February 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC111WAKUEU8Y011 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while spine cabling works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via Wash Road, South Wash Road, Noak Hill Road Roundabout, Noak Hill Road.
