WB RETAIL LIMITED (TO TRADE AS NISA LOCAL) has applied to East Dorset District Council for a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the Premises known as and situate at 66 High Street, Sturminster Marshall, Wimborne, Dorset BH214AY and propose to carry on the following activities:-

Sale of Alcohol, and/or any playing of recorded music (or entertainment of a similar description);

Applications are available for public inspection at East Dorset District Council Offices, Furzehill, Wimborne. BH21 4HN. www.dorsetforyou.com. Responsible Authorities as defined under the Licensing Act 2003 or any other person may make representations in writing on the proposals in the application but these must be submitted between 18th of July to 14th of August 2014.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 of the standard scale (£5000, January 2005).
