NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that We, Greene King Retailingltd have applied to Vale of Glamorgan Council on 3rd February 2021 for a variation to a premises licence to use the premises at: Oystercatcher, Terra Nova Way, Penarth,Vale of Glamorgan, CF64 1SB To vary the licensing plan to include the following: To include the external areas within the licensed area, installation of an external bar, soft landscaping, new covered booths and lighting. For full and further details please view the application and licensing plan.Any part of the variation application that changes the plan/layout at the premises to be of no effect until the work has been completed. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 3rd March 2021 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing, The Vale of Glamorgan Council, Civic Offices, Hofton Road, Barry, Vale of Glamorgan, CF63 4RU. A record of the application may be inspected at the offices of Licensing, The Vale of Glamorgan Council, Civic Offices, Holton Road, Barry, Vale of Glamorgan, CF63 4RU,

, during normal office hours. The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
