ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1)

Temporary Waiting Restrictions Church Lane, Teddington
(Ref: 21/025)

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a sewer connection they intend to make a Temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which is to introduce a temporary restriction of traffic in Church Lane, Teddington.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in Church Larne, Teddington.

3. The Order will come into effect on 22 February 2021. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 22 February 2021 until 27 February 2021. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

5. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Notice may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1)
Temporary Road Closure Marlborough Road, Richmond
(Ref: 21/020)

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate gas main replacement works they have made a Temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which is to introduce a temporary restriction of traffic in Marlborough Road, Richmond.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Marlborough Road between its junctions with Friars Stile Road and Queens Road.

3. The Order will come into effect on 15 February 2021. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 15 February 2021 until 5 April 2021. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Queens Road, park Road and Friars Stile Road.

5. Nothing in this Notice will apply to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Notice may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

Temporary Road Closure Avenue Road, Hampton

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate sewer cover replacements, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Avenue Road, Hampton

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Avenue Road between its junction with Station Road and a point outside No. 42 Avenue Road.

3. The order will come into effect on 25 February 2021. The restrictions will be in force between 9.30am and 3.30pm on 25 February 2021 only, and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. An alternative route for vehicles will be available via Station Road, Percy Road, Upper Sunbury Road, Plevna Road and Varna Road.

5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

6. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle.

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

Temporary Parking Suspension Bracken Gardens, Barnes
(Reference 21/028)

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a skip to be sited, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Bracken Gardens, Barnes.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in Bracken Gardens on the western side of the north­west to south-east arm, from a point 30 metres south of its junction with Church Road, northwards for a distance of 10 metres (2 bays).

3. The order will come into effect on 23 February 2021. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 23 February 2021 until 16 June 2021 and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

5. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

Temporary Parking Suspension Kew Foot Road, Richmond

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate access for construction vehicles to a development site, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Kew Foot Road, Richmond.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in Kew Foot Road from a point outside No. 12 Kew Foot Road to a point outside No. 22 Kew Foot Road (both sides)

3. The order will come into effect on 22 February 2021. The restrictions will be in force between 8am and 6pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive from 22 February 2021 until 4 October 2021 and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

5. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate carriageway reinstatement works, have made to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Chestnut Avenue, Hampton

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Chestnut Avenue between its junction with Priory Road and a point outside No. 2 Chestnut Avenue.

3. The order will come into effect on 13 February 2021. The restrictions will be in force between 8am and 6pm on 13 February 2021 only, and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. An alternative route for vehicles will be available via Priory Road, Percy Road and Holly Bush Lane.

5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

6. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a new water connection, they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Fifth Cross Road, Twickenham.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in Fifth Cross Road between its junction with Hampton Road and a point outside No. 2A Fifth Cross Road.

3. The order will come into effect on 15 February 2021. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 15 February 2021 until 18 February 2021, and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

5. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate vegetation clearance, they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Gipsy Lane and Queens Ride, Barnes.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in

(a) Gipsy Lane;

(b) Queens Ride from the roundabout at the junction of Common Road and St Marys Grove to the junction of Upper Richmond Road

3. The order will come into effect on 14 February 2021. The restrictions will be in force between 6am and 6pm on 13 February 2021 and between 7am and 7pm on 14 February 2021, and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. An alternative route for vehicles will be available via A205, Rocks Lane, B349 and B306.

5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

6. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
