NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE
UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Regan Johnson-Payn applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 17th July 2014 for a licence to use the premises at Johnson's News, 30C Park Road, Bingley, BD16 2EH for the sale by retail of alcohol between the hours of 6am until 8pm Monday to Friday and 7am until 2pm Sunday. Representations should be made in writing to Environmental & Regulatory Services, Licensing Team, 3rd Floor North, Jacobs Well, Bradford, BD1 5RW by...........Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09.00 – 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00 – 16.30 Friday.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries a maximum fine of £5000.
