CROYDON COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT, 1984, SECTION 14 AS AMENDED THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS HIGH STREET, SOUTH NORWOOD TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate works to remove an advertising board they have made an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic movements in High Street, South Norwood.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place both the carriageway and the south-eastern footway of High Street, South Norwood will be closed between the common boundaries of Nos. 54a and 55 High Street South Norwood and a point opposite the north-eastern boundary of Harris Academy, South Norwood.
3. Whilst the Order remains in force the alternative routes for vehicular traffic will be as detailed below and appropriately signed. Pedestrians will be diverted to the opposite footway.
(a) Clockwise diversion - via South Norwood Hill, Church Street, Westow Street, Westow Hill, Anerley Road, Elmers End Road, Long Lane and Spring Lane.
(b) Anti-clockwise diversion - via Anerley Road, Church Road and South Norwood Hill.
4. The Order will come into operation on 12 February 2021 and it is anticipated that the works will be completed over three nights between 11pm and 5am on 12 February, 22 February, and 01 March 2021. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

CROYDON COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 14 AS AMENDED, THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS KYNASTON CRESCENT, THORNTON HEATH TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PARKING
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate telecoms works to install a new fibre connection, they have made an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit parking in Kynaston Crescent, Thornton Heath.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place parking will be suspended and waiting and loading restrictions will be introduced, operating "at any time" in Kynaston Crescent outside Nos. 19 to 49 and Nos. 8 to 32 Kynaston Crescent.
3. The Order will come into operation on the 16 February 2021 and it is anticipated that the works will be completed within one day. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
4. The prohibition will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.
5. The prohibition will not apply to any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works, to any vehicle used for police, ambulance or fire brigade purposes, or to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate telecoms works they have made an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit vehicular traffic movements in Northbrook Road, Croydon and Saxon Road, South Norwood.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place:-
(a) Northbrook Road will be closed at its junction with Whitehorse Road;
(b) Saxon Road will be closed at its junction with Whitehorse Road.
3. Whilst the Order remains in force the alternative routes for traffic will be as detailed below and appropriately signed.
(i) Northbrook Road - via Pawson's Road, Mayo Road and Princess Road.
(ii) Saxon Road - via The Crescent, Selhurst Road, and Dagnall Park.
4. The Order will come into operation on 15 February 2021 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out with three days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate ducting works, they have made an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic in Selhurst New Road.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed in Selhurst New Road at its junction with Selhurst Road.
3. The restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.
4. Whilst the closure is in force the diversion route for traffic will be via Selhurst Road, Gloucester Road, Selhurst Place and Selhurst New Road and vice versa, as appropriately signed.
5. The Order will come into operation on 17 February 2021 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within approximately two days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate new gas connection works they have made an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit vehicular traffic movements in Thornloe Gardens, Croydon.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place Thornloe Gardens will be closed outside Nos. 38 to 44 Thornloe Gardens.
3. Whilst the Order remains in force the alternative routes for traffic will be via Goodwin Road, Denning Avenue, Crowley Crescent and Barrow Road, or via Barrow Road, Waddon Way and Goodwin Road, as appropriately signed.
4. The Order will come into operation on 15 February 2021 and it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 24 February 2021. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate sewer cleaning works, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily prohibit vehicular traffic movements in Haling Park Road, South Croydon.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place, parking will be suspended and waiting and loading restrictions will apply at any time in Haling Park Road on the east (even-numbered) side between a point opposite the southern boundary of No. 113 Haling Park Road and a point opposite the common boundary of Nos. 121 and 129 Haling Park Road.
3. The restriction shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.
4. The Order will come into operation on 03 March 2021 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out in one day. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required. The prohibition will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.

CROYDON COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 14 AS AMENDED, THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS SELSDON PARK ROAD, SOUTH CROYDON TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate electrical works on a link box, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily introduce a one-way working in Selsdon Park Road, South Croydon.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed in Selsdon Park Road opposite No.215 Selsdon Park Road, other than in a north-easterly direction.
3. Whilst the Order remains in force the alternative route for diverted traffic will be via Addington Road, Brighton Road, Coombe Lane, Coombe Road, Downs Road, Gravel Hill, South End, Riddlesdown Road, Purley Downs Road, Sanderstead Hill and Selsdon Park Road.
4. The Order will come into operation on 03 May 2021 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out in 3 days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate works to install new gas service connections they intend to make an Order the effect
of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic movements and parking in Spurgeon Road.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place:-
(a) Spurgeon Road will be closed between its junction with Beulah Hill and the north-eastern boundary of No. 72 Spurgeon Road;
(b) Parking will be prohibited and waiting and loading restrictions will apply at any time in Spurgeon Road between its junction with Beulah Hill and a point 40 metres south-west of that junction.
3. During the closure the alternative route for traffic will be via Beulah Hill, Spa Hill, Waddington Way and Downsview Road and vice versa, as appropriately signed.
4. The Order will come into operation on 26 February 2021 and it is anticipated that the works will be completed within eight days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate works to install a new water service they intend to make an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic movements and parking in Suffolk Road and St Dunstan's Road, South Norwood.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place:
(a) Suffolk Road will be closed between its junction with St Dunstan's Road and a point 10 metres north-east of the south-western boundary of No. 13 Suffolk Road;
(b) One-way working in Suffolk Road and St Dunstan's Road will be suspended to allow two way traffic;
(c) Parking in Suffolk Road and St Dunstan's Road will be suspended and waiting and loading restrictions will apply at any time;
(d) A speed limit of 5mph will apply in Suffolk Road and St Dunstan's Road.
3. Whilst the Order remains in force the alternative route for vehicular traffic will be via St Dunstan's Road, High Street, South Norwood and South Norwood Hill as appropriately signed.
4. The Order will come into operation on 01 March 2021 and it is anticipated that the works will be completed within five days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.
