The applicant has applied to the Licensing Authority to vary the prem­ises licence for the above premises as follows:
1. To extend the hours for the sale of alcohol to between the hours of 0600 and 2300 daily for consum­ption off the premises.
2. To vary the licence conditions.
Any person or responsible authority (as defined by the Licensing Act 2003) may make repres­entations to the Licensing Authority no later than 5 March 2021. Any representations made to the Licensing Authority must be in writing. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is an unlimited fine.
