(Church Lane, Sheering) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Lane, Sheering in the District of Epplng Forest, from a point approximately 100m south of both Its junctions with The Street for a distance of approximately 65m in a southerly direction. The closure Is scheduled to commence on 1st March 2021 for 3 days, or where slated on a valid permit (BC411SAWC2M253F002 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while spine cabling works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via Matching Tye Road, Downhall Road, Matching Road, Sheering Road, Hatfield Heath Road, The Street and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 18th February 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Church Langley Way, Harlow) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Langley Way, Harlow in the District of Harlow, from its junction with Minten Lane to its junction with Tickenhall Drive a distance of approximately 175m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 1st March 2021 for 31 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2300418 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while raised table installation works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Church Langley Way, Old Hall Rise, Lane End, Kiln Lane, Coalport Close and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 18th February 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Church Road, Waltham Abbey) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Road, Waltham Abbey in the District of Epping Forest, from its junctions with Mott Street for a distance of approximately 1265m in a southerly then southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 3rd March 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2309367 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway repair works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Mott Street, Lippitts Hill and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 18th February 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Hare Street Springs, Harlow) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Hare Street Springs, Harlow in the District of Harlow, from a point approximately 230m northeast of its junction with Slacksbury Hatch for a distance of approximately 35m in a northeasterly direction.
2. To temporarily close that length of Hare Street Springs, Harlow in the District of Harlow, from a point approximately 160m northeast of its junction with Upper Stonefield for a distance of approximately 15m in a southeasterly direction.
The closures are scheduled to commence on 1st March 2021 tor 26 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ0081001032466 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary tor these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closures are required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains replacement works are undertaken by Cadent.
An alternative route is available via Hare Street Springs, Harberts Road, Helions Road, Ryecroft and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 18th February 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(School Road, Stanford Rivers) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of School Road, Stanford Rivers in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 365m southeast of its junction with Epping Road for a distance of approximately 50m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd March 2021 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX054289846000 - Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary tor these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Affinity Water. An alternative route is available via School Road, Berwick Lane, Church Road, London Road, Romford Road, Stanford Rivers Road, Coopers Hill, The Borough, Greensted Road, Toot Hill Road, Mill Lane and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 18th February 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(First Avenue, Harlow) (Temporary Introduction of 30 MPH Speed Limit & Temporary Introduction of No Right Turn) (Orchard Croft, Harlow) (Temporary Introduction of No Right Turn) (First Avenue, Harlow) (Temporary Suspension of Bus Lane) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed limit in that length of First Avenue, Harlow, in the District of Harlow, from a point approximately 345m west of its junction with Momples Road for a distance of approximately 200m in a westerly direction.
2. To temporarily introduce a no right hand turn from Orchard Croft, Harlow in the District of Harlow into First Avenue.
3. To temporarily introduce a no right hand torn from First Avenue, Harlow into Orchard Croft.
4. To temporarily suspend the bus lane between 75m east and west of its junction with Orchard Croft, Harlow in the District of Harlow for the above restrictions only as cited in the 'The Essex County Council (First Avenue (Westbound & Eastbound), Harlow) (Bus Lane) Order 2009'.
The restrictions/suspensions are scheduled to commence on 15th February 2021 for 7 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ0081001023826 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The restrictions are required for the safety of the public and workforce while gas connection works are undertaken by Cadent. An alternative route is available via First Avenue, Howard Way and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 4th February 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(High Street, Roydon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of High Street, Roydon in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Briggens Park Road tor a distance of approximately 40m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 16th February 2021 tor 1 night (00:55-04:35), or where stated on a valid permit (KL736BGK-20-10-160221 - Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while track maintenance works are undertaken by Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd.
An alternative route is available via High Street, Roydon Road, Eastwick Road, Fifth Avenue, A414 Between Northern Town Boundary And Burnt Mill Roundabout, Edinburgh Way, Station Approach, Elizabeth Way, Parkway, Harlow Road and vice versa.
The Order came intoeffect on 4th February 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Hoe Lane, Lamboume) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice Is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hoe Lane, Lambourne in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Alderwood Drive to its junction with A113 London Road a distance of approximately 230m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 13th February 2021 tor 9 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ0081001007449 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while underground mains works are undertaken by Cadent. An alternative route is available via Manor Road, Lamboume Road, Romford Road, Gravel Lane, Pudding Lane, Abridge Road Roundabout, Abridge Road, London Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 4th February 2021 and may continue in force tor 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
