NOTICE is hereby given that I, Glutiny Limited, have applied on 29/01/2021 to Cheshire East Council in respect of the premises known as Middlewich Wharf, Canal Terrace, Middlewich CW10 9BD for a Premises licence to provide the following licensable activities: Recorded Music Monday to Thursday from 12.00 to 19.00 Each Day Friday to Sunday from 12.00 to 21.00 Each Day The Supply of Alcohol for consumption on and off the premises Monday to Thursday from 12.00 to 20.00 Each Day Friday to Sunday from 12.00 to 21.00 Each Day Representations shall be made in writing to the below address on or before the following date: 26th February 2021. It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, unlimited.
