Notice under Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925

Pension Scheme: Technical Indexes Ltd (now IHS (Global) Ltd) Pension and Life Assurance Scheme
The Technical Indexes Ltd Pension and Life Assurance Scheme ("the Scheme") was established with effect from 29th November 1967, subsequently becoming the IHS (Global) Pension and Life Assurance Scheme.
The current Trustees of the Scheme are Stafford Napier, Adrian Gibson, Katy Owen, Alison Mitchell, Richard Mayer and Capital Cranfield Trustees Limited ("the Trustees").
The Scheme will shortly be entering into wind up and the Trustees wish to trace any person who was employed by either of the above companies and who is a member of the Scheme or who has a claim against, or entitlement from, the Scheme.
If you were an employee of any of the above companies and think you are entitled to benefits under the Scheme, but have not already been contacted, it is of vital importance that you make contact with the Trustees.
Claims should be sent in writing to the under-mentioned contact by 10thApril 2020, after which date the Trustees may proceed with the winding up of the Scheme having regard only to claims and entitlements of which it has notice. Upon writing, you should include details of your current address and any benefits that you think you are entitled to from the Scheme.
Notification is not required from persons who are currently in receipt of a pension from the Scheme, those who have already received correspondence from the Trustees, those who may have been employed by the Company but did not join the Scheme when invited to do so or those who may have been members of the Scheme for less than two years and received a refund of their contributions when they left employment with the Company.
