VARIOUS ROADS - PROPOSED BICYCLE PARKING PLACES
THE HARINGEY (PEDAL CYCLE PARKING PLACES) (AMENDMENT NO. 2) ORDER 2021 AND VARIOUS CONTROLLED PARKING ZONE AMENDMENT ORDERS

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey on 9th February 2021 made the above mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 63 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of the Orders will be to introduce new bicycle parking places at the following locations:-

a) Boundary Road N22 along the flank wall of No. 21 Crawley Road;

b) Burgoyne Road N4, outside No. 11 Burgoyne Road;

c) Gladesmore Road N15, outside No. 25 Gladesmore Road;

d) Glenwood Road N15, outside No. 28 Glenwood Road;

e) Greenfield Road N15, outside No. 14 Greenfield Road;

f) Grovelands Road N15, along the flank wall of No. 163 Wargrave Avenue;

g) Harcourt Road N22, along the flank wall of Nos. 143 and 145 Albert Road;

h) Holmesdale Road N6, outside No. 22 Holmesdale Road;

i) Homecraft Road N22, outside No. 35 Homecraft Road;

j) Hurst Avenue N6, along the flank wall of No. 17 Stanhope Road;
k) North Grove N15, along the flank wall of No. 34 Alexandra Road;
I) North View Road N8, outside No. 172 North View Road;
m) Risley Avenue N17, outside No. 93 Risley Avenue;
n) Temple Road N8, along the flank wall of No. 25 Hillfield Avenue;
the parking places would be 2 metres wide and 2.5 metres in length.
3. Copies of the Orders referred to above, which will come into force on 17th February 2021, of plans which indicate the locations and effects of the Orders, and of a Statement of Reasons for making the Orders, may be inspected at the reception desk, Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, N22 7TR, by appointment only, or can be viewed online, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made,

4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it does not comply with the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made there under have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
