LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice of Application for Premises Licence We, Fidcomart Ltd hereby make application for a Premises Licence in respect of Fidcomart Ltd, 187-189 Hamlet Court Road, Westcliff, SS0 7EL. The relevant licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried is the Retail sale of alcohol: Monday to Saturday from 07:00 to 23:00 and Sunday from 08:00 to 21:00. Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Southend-on Sea Borough Council). All such representations shall be made in writing, by 03/03/2021.Representations should be sent to the Licensing Authority, Southend-on Sea Borough Council, Civic Centre (Floor 13), Victoria Avenue, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS2 6ZG or emailed to licact2003@southend.gov.uk. A record of the application, and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Council's office address given above, between 10:00am and 4:00pm on Mondays to Fridays. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is level 5 on the standard scale.
