BRIGHTON & HOVE CITY COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council ("the Council") has on 3rd February 2021 made the Order named below under the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which when it comes into operation on 8th February 2021 will introduce the various changes to the waiting or parking restrictions in part or parts of the road identified:
BRIGHTON & HOVE VARIOUS CONTROLLED PARKING ZONES CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2018 AMENDMENT ORDER NO. 2 2021 (REF: TRO-34-2020)
- Wish Road - Removing a section of permit parking bays and replace with a bikeshare hub (pedal cycle parking place). A copy of this Notice, the Order as made and a statement of the Council's reasons for making the Order may be seen online at

Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirements of the Act or of any instrument made under it have not been complied with may, within six weeks from the date on which the Order was made, apply to the High Court for that purpose.
