APP/20/013657F Demolition of the existing buildings and the erection of a 13 x 2-bedroom apartments with associated access, parking and landscaping. 142 Canford Cliffs Road.
APP/20/01414/F Variation of condition 8 of Planning Permission APP/08/17763/017/F as described in that Description of Development to alter and improve new planting proposals and retain existing trees and relocate bike store. Land at 59 Haven Road.
APP/20/01483/F Variation of Condition 7 of Planning Permission APP/18/01571/F as described in that description of development In Lieu of BREEAM excellent rating Certification, provide PV installation sufficient to cover 30% of buildings energy consumption, together with items identified in BREEAM assessment to obtain Very Good rating but without certification. 570-576 Ringwood Road.
Variation of condition 02,10,12 & 14 of Planning Permission APP/17/01595/F as described in that Description of Development for Amendments to proposed dining room. Dining room being kept in its existing design with a free standing timber canopy installed externally. New serving hatch being installed opposite existing dining room. Amendments to the location of the new PV panels to the existing lower roof next to the Drama extension. Amendments to the proposed enclosed link corridor to a non-enclosed freestanding timber canopy walkway with timber fence. Amendments to the proposed hard landscape, car parking and site frontage. 6 new trees proposed in regards to condition 14. Carter Community School.
