(Burnham Road, Latchingdon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Burnham Road, Latchingdon in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 395m west of its junction with Green Lane for a distance of approximately 205m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 25th February 2021 for 1 night (20:30-23:30), or where stated on a valid permit (EN014M7469 - Essex And Suffolk Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while stop tap replacement works are undertaken by Essex And Suffolk Water. An alternative route is available via Burnham Road, Burnham Road - B1018, Main Road, Summerhill, Fambridge Road, Lower Burnham Road, Cold Norton Road, The Street, Steeple Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 11 th February 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Kings Road, Southminster) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Kings Road, Southminster in the District of Maldon, from its junction with High Street for a distance of approximately 42m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 1st March 2021 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EN01361962 - Essex And Suffolk Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Essex And Suffolk Water. An alternative route is available via Kings Road, Burnham Road, High Street and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 11 th February 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Main Road, Mundon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Main Road, Mundon in the District of Maldon, from its junction with West Chase to its junction with Maldon Road a distance of approximately 1080m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 1st March 2021 for 12 days, or where stated on a valid permit (A5001ESSA006701 -County Broadband Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while broadband installation works are undertaken by County Broadband Ltd.
An alternative route is available via Burnham Road, Fambridge Road, Limebrook Way, Limebrook Way Roundabout, Mundon Road, Park Drive, New Hall Lane, Main Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 11 th February 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Sheepcoates Lane, Great/Little Totham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Sheepcoates Lane, Great/Little Totham in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 210m south west of the junction with Church Road for a distance of approximately 290m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd March 2021 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30065401807 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via Sheepcoates Lane, Church Road, Park Wood Lane, School Road, Church Lane and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 11 th February 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Bakers Green, Goldhanger) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Bakers Green, Goldhanger in the District of Maldon from a point approximately 700m south east of its junction with Beckingham Street for a distance of approximately 150m in a southerly then south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th February 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EN014M11745 - Essex And Suffolk Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Essex And Suffolk Water. An alternative route is available via Little Totham Road, Bakers Green, Maldon Road, Blind Lane, Wash Lane, Church Lane and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 28th January 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Ship Road, Burnham-on-Crouch) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Ship Road, Burnham-on-Crouch in the District of Maldon, from its junction with High Street for a distance of approximately 125m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 20th February 2021 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30008339445 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. An alternative route is available via High Street, Riverside Road, Orchard Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 28th January 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Wantz Road, Maldon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic), (Temporary Introduction of One Way), (Temporary Suspension of One Way), (Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) and (Temporary Suspension of 7.5 Tonne Weight Restriction) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Wantz Road, Maldon in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Tenterfield Road to its junction with High Street a distance of approximately 45m.

2. To temporarily suspend the one way in Wantz Road, Maldon in the District of Maldon from outside 118 Wantz Road to its junction with High Street as detailed in 'The Essex County Council (Wantz Road, Maldon) (One Way) Order 2018' for the duration of the above closure only.

3. To temporarily introduce 'No Waiting, No Stopping and No Loading' restriction in that length of Wantz Road from the junction with High Street to the junction with Mill Road. "The Essex County Council (Maldon District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting,

No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.

4. To temporarily introduce a one way restriction in that length of Wantz Road, Maldon in the District of Maldon from the junction with Mill Road to the junction with Dyers Road (traffic to flow in a northerly direction only.

5. To temporarily suspend the 7.5 tonne weight restriction in that length of Wantz Road, Maldon in the District of Maldon from its junction with High Street to its junction with Mill Road as detailed in 'The Essex County Council (Wantz Road, Maldon) (7.5 Tonne Weight Restriction) Order 2009'.

The restrictions/suspensions are scheduled to commence on 15th February 2021 for 96 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ0081001004527 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The restrictions/ suspensions is required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains replacement works are undertaken by Cadent.
An alternative route is available via High Street, Mill Road, Wantz Road and vice versa or Wantz Road, High Street, Mill Road for one way introduction.
