BRIGHTON & HOVE (STANMER PARK) VARIOUS RESTRICTIONS AND OFF-ROAD PARKING ORDER 2020 AMENDMENT ORDER NO.1 2021 (REF: TRO-38-2020)
NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council ("the Council") has on 3 February 2021 made the Order named above under the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which when it comes into operation on 19 February 2021 will introduce the following changes:-
- Alter the hours of operation of the Upper Lodge Car Park to 9am to 5pm, with a maximum stay of 8 hours at a cost of f 5 A copy of this Notice, the Order as made and a statement of the Council's reasons for making the Order may be seen online at

Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirements of the Act or of any instrument made under it have not been complied with may, within six weeks from the date on which the Order was made, apply to the High Court for that purpose.
