(Castle Point Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No.1) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45,46,46,49,53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To introduce No Waiting at Any Time restrictions on the following Seymour Road & The Avenue in Hadleigh, in the Borough of Castle Point:

Road
Description
Seymour Road Both Sides:
i. From its junction with the southern kerb line of The Avenue, south for a distance of approximately 20 metres.
ii. From its junction with the northern kerb line of The Avenue, north for a distance of approximately 20 metres.
The Avenue Both Sides:
i. From a point in line with the western kerb line of Seymour Road, west for a distance of approximately 20 metres.
ii. From a point in line with the eastern kerb line of Seymour Road, east for a distance of approximately 20 metres.

This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Castle Point Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by substituting tile number TQ815 870 revision 0 to revision 1.
Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 4th February 2021.

Application to the high court Anyone who wishes to question the validity of the Order of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from the date of the making of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose.

(Barrow Hall Road, Little Wakering) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Barrow Hall Road, Little Wakering in the District of Rochford, from a point approximately 475m west of its junction with Little Wakering Road for a distance of approximately 195m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 22nd February 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30078191448 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while installation of overhead cables are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via Little Wakering Road, Southend Road, Silchester Corner, Silchester Comer Roundabout and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 11 th February 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Irvine Way, Billericay) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of Clearway) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Irvine Way, Billericay in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Hunts Mead to its junction with Tensing Gardens a distance of approximately 55m.

2. To temporarily introduce a 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' in that length of Irvine Way, Billericay in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Hunts Mead to its junction with Tensing Gardens a distance of approximately 55m.

"The Essex County Council (Basildon Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The restrictions are scheduled to commence on 22nd February 2021 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ7031001001024 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The restrictions are required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Cadent.
An alternative route is available via Hunts Mead, Hillary Mount and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 11 th February 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Barling Road, Barling Magna) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Barling Road, Barling Magna in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Haul Road for a distance of approximately 270m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 8th February 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30051307544 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works is undertaken by UK Power Networks. An alternative route is available via Little Wakering Road, Southend Road, Silchester Corner, Silchester Comer Roundabout, Barling Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 28th January 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Castle Drive, Rayleigh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Castle Drive, Rayleigh in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Mount Avenue to its junction with Station Road a distance of approximately 80m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th February 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2306338 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Mount Avenue, London Hill, Station Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 4th February 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Clarence Road North, Benfleet) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Clarence Road North, Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from a point approximately 45m north west of its junction with Kale Road for a distance of approximately 45m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 8th February 2021 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ7031000997116 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while gas main connection works are undertaken by Cadent.
An alternative route is available via Thundersley Park Road, Clarence Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 28th January 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Laindon Common Road, Little Burstead) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Laindon Common Road, Little Burstead in the Borough of Basildon, from a point approximately 125m northeast of its junction with Clock House Road for a distance of approximately 30m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 10th February 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411SAWBKFJN2R001 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by BT.
An alternative route is available via Noak Hill Road, Wash Road West, Dunton Road, Rectory Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 28th January 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Newlands Road & Jacqueline Gardens, Billericay) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order
1. To temporarily close that length of Newlands Road, Billericay in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Jacqueline Gardens for a distance of approximately 50m in an easterly direction.

2. To temporarily close that length of Jacqueline Gardens, Billericay in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Newlands Road for a distance of approximately 40m in a northerly direction.

The closures are scheduled to commence on 9th February 2021 for 7 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30035163602 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closures are required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. An alternative route is available via Newlands Road, Perry Street, Springfield Road, Bush Hall Road, Stock Road, Dukes Farm Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 28th January 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Ridgeway, Rayleigh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Ridgeway, Rayleigh in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Great Wheatley Road to its junction with Burrows Way a distance of approximately 170m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 8th February 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2306333 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. (Sutton Road, Sutton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Sutton Road, Sutton in the District of Rochford, from a point approximately 25m south of its junction with Shopland Road for a distance of approximately 155m in a southerly then southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 7th March 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30056778215 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement and overhead line works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via Southend Road, Southend Road Roundabout, Sutton Road, Rochford Road, Harp House Roundabout, Manners Way, Manners Way Service Road East, Cuckoo Corner Roundabout, Priory Crescent, Eastern Avenue, Eastern Avenue And Sutton Road Roundabout and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 28th January 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
