Notice of Making of An Order Highways Act 1980 Public Path Diversion Order 2021 Footpath 1 Earls Colne/Footpath 31 Coggeshall
The above order, made on 27th January 2021, under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will divert a part length of Footpath 1 Earls Colne/31 Coggeshall of unknown width shown by a bold continuous line on the Order Map commencing from a point west of Honeywood Farm running alongside and through an industrial estate and then alongside an access road, to an alternative route 2 meters in width commencing from the same start point and heading west along a track, then north north west through a tree plantation and finally heading north east still within the tree plantation to meet the airfield boundary road. Copies of the order and the order map can be requested to be posted or viewed by emailing publicpathorders@essexhighways.org, quoting the order title. The documents can be made available for inspection 8.30am - 4.30pm Mon-Fri at Essex County Council E block reception, County Hall, Market Road, Chelmsford. Copies of the order and order map have also been sent to Earls Colne and Coggeshall Parish Councils and Braintree District Council.
Any representations about or objections to the order may be sent in writing to Roy Read, Definitive Map Service, Essex County Council, Seax House, 2nd Floor, Victoria Road South, Chelmsford CM11QH not later than 4th March 2021. Please state the grounds on which they are made.
If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Essex County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent together with the Order. Any such representation or objections will be taken into account by the Council with the result that they may be made available to the public under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985.
Zebra Crossing - Cressing Road, Braintree.
Notice is hereby given that under Section 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, Essex County Council proposes to establish a Zebra Crossing within Cressing Road, in the District of Braintree located as follows:

Cressing Road, Braintree
The centre line of the crossing will be located approximately 21.6 metres south east of the southern kerb line of Stubbs Lane.
Zig-Zags for the above Zebra Crossing will be installed on Cressing Road, Braintree in the following locations:
- Both Sides - from the southern side of the Zebra Crossing in a south easterly direction for a distance of approximately 17.3 metres
- Both Sides - from the northern side of the Zebra Crossing in a north westerly direction for a distance of approximately 17.3 metres.
The Crossing will measure approximately 4.5 metres wide between the give way lines.

(Church Road, Rivenhall) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Road, Rivenhall in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Rickstones Road for a distance of approximately 1615m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 23rd February 2021 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2305735 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure Is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Rickstones Road, Cressing Road, Witham Road, Temple Lane, Western Road, Park Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 11 th February 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Various Roads, Braintree) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of 30mph Speed Limit) & (Temporary Introduction of Clearway) (Streetworks No.6) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
1. To temporarily close those various lengths of roads in the District of Braintree, as detailed In the Schedule.
2. To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed limit in the various lengths of road as detailed In the Schedule.
3. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the various lengths of roads as specified in the schedule for the duration of the restrictions in order to facilitate the works. Signs will be Installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.
4. "The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The works are scheduled to commence after 11th February 2021, as stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on One.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.
The restrictions are required for the safety of the public and workforce while superfast Installation cabling works are undertaken by Gigaclear.
The Order will come into effect on 11th February 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order
1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the District of Braintree as specified In the schedule.
2. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closures to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping restriction will be in force.
3. To temporarily suspend the 7.5tonne weight restriction in that length of South Street, Braintree from its junction with Silks Way to its junction with Railway Street as detailed In 'The Essex County Council (South Street, Braintree) (7.5 Tonne Weight Restriction) Order 2010.
"The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 11th February 2021, exact dates will be specified on One.network. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Braintree Road, Terling in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 365m south east of its junction with Fairstead Hall Road for a distance of approximately 100m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 16th February 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008PTMS212262B - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole inspection works are undertaken byBT.
An alternative route is available via Braintree Road, Owls Hill, New Road, Fairstead Road, Fairstead Hall Road and vice versa.

(Lynderswood Lane, Chelmsford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Lynderswood Lane, Chelmsford in the City of Chelmsford, from a point approximately 860m south east of its junction with London Road for a distance approximately 140m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 7th February 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008IBBHE3NT01 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken byBT.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Marlborough Road/ Mountbatten Road, Braintree in the District of Braintree, from the junction with Coggeshall Road to its other junction with Coggeshall Road a distance of approximately 2035m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 15th February 2021 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2308179 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Coggeshall Road, Wheatley Avenue and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 28th January 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
