Temporary Closure of Fishweir Lane, Bradpole, Bridport
DORSET COUNCIL has made an Order under Section 14 [1] of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, as amended. All vehicles will be prohibited from proceeding along FISHWEIR LANE, BRADPOLE, BRIDPORT between its junction with Village Road and its junction with Fishweir Fields, a distance of approximately 150 metres. The Order is needed in order to comply with health and safety regulations, which require the provision of safe working areas and to minimise the likelihood of danger to highway users. It will come into operation on 8 February 2021 and will remain in force for 18 months, however it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 2 April 2021.
This Order will enable Dorset Council to carry out drainage works.
A locally signed diversion route will be put in place to enable traffic to travel around
the closed sections.

Temporary Closure of North Street, Beaminster
DORSET COUNCIL intend, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14 [1] of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, as amended. All vehicles will be prohibited from proceeding along NORTH STREET, BEAMINSTER between its junctions with Woodswater Lane and Gerrards Green, a distance of approximately 130 metres. The order is needed in order to comply with health and safety regulations, which require the provision of safe working areas and to minimise the likelihood of danger to highway users. It will come into operation on 22 February 2021 and will remain in force for 18 months, however it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 2 April 2021. This Order will enable Wessex Water, safe access to lay new water main. An alternative vehicular route will be signed using; A356 - B3163 - A3066 - North Street. The Order is needed in order to comply with health and safety regulations, which require the provision of safe working areas and to minimise the likelihood of danger to highway users. It will come into operation on 15 February 2021 between 0730 and 1700 and will remain in force for 18 months, however it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 26 February 2021. This Order will enable Wessex Water, safe access to lay new water main. An alternative route will be signed using: East Street - A3066 - North Street. Temporary Closure of North Allington, Bridport
DORSET COUNCIL has made an Order under Section 14 [1] of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, as amended. All vehicles will be prohibited from proceeding along NORTH ALLINGTON, BRIDPORT between its junction with West Street and Its junction with Hospital Lane, a distance of approximately 650 metres. Please note that the closures will be on a rolling programme and the whole extent shown will not all be closed at one time. The Order is needed in order to comply with health and safety regulations, which require the provision of safe working areas and to minimise the likelihood of danger to highway users. It will come into operation on 8 February 2021 and will remain in force for 18 months, however It is anticipated that the works will be completed by 12 March 2021. This Order will enable Wessex Water, safe access to carry out sewer rehabilitation works.
An alternative route will be signed using: B3162 - A3066 - B3163 - B3162.
