Re RITA AIREY Deceased PURSUANT TO THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925 Notice is hereby given that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Rita Airey late of Herncliffe Spring Gardens Lane Keighley BD20 6LH who died on the 4th day of May 2020 and whose Will was proved in the Newcastle District Probate Registry on the 11th day of January 2021 by Susan Yvonne Gentry, Gillian Lesley Marklew and Christopher Charles Jackson, the Executors named in the said Will is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to the undersigned, the Solicitors for the said Executors on or before the 12th day of April 2021 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said Deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they shall then have had notice.
