LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is given that SALMAN OZ has applied to London Borough of Barnet Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.
PREMISES: Nisa Local, 219-221 Nether Street, London N3 1NT
THE PROPOSED APPLICATION IS: Grant a new premises licence for Mon - Sun 08:00 - 23:00 supply of alcohol Off the premises (opening hours Mon -Sun 08:00 - 23:00).

 Representations must be received no later than 26/02/2021. The Application Record and Register may be viewed between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday during normal office hours at the above address. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable is unlimited.
Representations must relate to one or more of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm.
