Notice is hereby given that Punch Taverns Limited has applied in respect of the Pied Bull Hotel, 54 High Street, Newton-Le-Willows,WA12 9SH for a variation to die premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: This is an application to vary the layout and design of the premises in accordance widi die submitted plans (drawing no 2036-501), which show; New fixed seating/screens; New accessible WC; External works, to include new split level terrace to front elevation. Locations of fire safety and other safety equipment subject to change in accordance with the requirements of the responsible authorities or following a risk assessment Any detail shown on the plan that is not required by the licensing plans regulations is indicative only and subject to change at any dme. To also amend die opening hours of the premises to the public, to cater for coffee and breakfasts (no licensable activity), as follows; Monday to Saturday from 09:00h until 01:30h the following morning; Sunday from 09:00h until 00:30h the following morning. All other permitted hours, licensable activities and conditions on the premises licence are to remain unaltered. The application can be inspected at the Licensing Unit Wesley House, Corporation Street St Helens WA10 IHF anytime Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:30hrs and 16:30hrs (Coronavirus restrictions may apply).
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
