(Crown Hill, Waltham Abbey) (Combined Speed Limit) Order 2021
Notice Is hereby given that the Essex County Council Has Made trie above Order under Section 84(1) and (2) and Parts III & IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To introduce a 30mph speed limit on the following length of road, Crown Hill in the District of Epping Forest (the road is currently subject to a 40mph speed limit):

Crown Hill, Waltham Abbey
From a point approximately 19.8 metres south east of the south eastern land boundary of property Amesbury Way in a south easterly direction for an approximate distance of 108.3 metres.
The Essex County Council (Various Roads, Epping Forest) (40mph, Restricted Road, 20mph Speed Limit & Zone) Order 2012 is hereby revoked insofar as it relates to the 40mph Speed Limit on Crown Hill and Copt Hall Green only. All other restrictions will remain in force. The restrictions contained within this order shall remain in place by virtue of this order.
Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 12 February 2021.

Application to the high court Anyone who wishes to question the validity of the Order of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from the date of the making of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose.
(Hoe Lane, Nazeing) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hoe Lane, Nazeing in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 590m northwest then southwest of its junction with Betts Lane for a distance of approximately 220m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 23rd February 2021 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX054290095600 - Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Affinity Water.
An alternative route is available via Hoe Lane, Betts Lane, Nazeing Common, Middle Street and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 11 th February 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Various Roads, District of Epping Forest) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway & Temporary Introduction of 30mph Speed Limit) (No.2) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the District of Epping Forest as specified in the schedule to this Order.
2. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closures to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping restriction will be in force.
3. To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed limit in the lengths of road as per the schedule. "The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 11th February 2021, exact dates will be specified on One.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
1. To temporarily close those various lengths of roads in the District of Epping Forest, as detailed in the Schedule.
2. To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed limit in the various lengths of road as detailed in the Schedule.
3. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the various lengths of roads as specified in the schedule for the duration of the restrictions in order to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping restriction will be in force.
4. "The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of mads only. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Fold Croft, Harlow in the District of Harlow, from its junction with Hobtoe Road for a distance of approximately 35m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 8th February 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2306936 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while footway repair works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Hobtoe Road, Fold Croft and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 28th January 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Sheering Lower Road, Sheering in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 125m north of its junction with Sheering Road for a distance of approximately 160m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th February 2021 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX0542882612DS- Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Affinity Water.
An alternative route is available via Sheering Lower Road, Sheering Road, Harlow Road, The Street, Back Lane and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 28th January 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
