LICENSING ACT 2003 Application for a Premises Licence.

To whom it may concern, take note that I, Allan Lovelock give notice that I have applied to South Oxfordshire District Council for a Premises Licence for Marlborough Club, 227 Broadway, Didcot, Oxon OX11 8RU or that I have applied under Licensing Act 2003 in respect of The Marlborough club are applying for a premises licence also to extend our licencing hours, Monday to Thursday 12:00 to 01:00hrs, Friday and Saturday 12:00 to 02:00hrs also Sunday 12:00 to 01:00hrs bearing in mind that the extended late night hours will rarely be used Also to allow the re-sale of alcohol and the hiring of our function rooms to the general public No other amendments other than these are being considered and all previous times are in operation

Anyone wishing to object to these variations should give notice in writing to The Licensing Officer, South Oxfordshire District Council, Benson Lane, Crowmarsh Gifford, Wallingford, Oxon. OX10 8NL before 21/08/2014 and where a copy of the application can be inspected between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and a person convicted of such an offence will be liable to a fine up to £5000 based on a summary conviction.
