Notice of application to grant a new premises license Notice is hereby given that Mr Catalin Marian Chiricula has applied in respect of Continental Deli, 33 Tubwell Row, Darlington, DL1 1NU for grant of a new premises license under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the sale by retail of alcohol, Monday to Saturday – 10:00 to 21:00 and Sunday 12:00 to 21:00. Representations to this application must be made in writing by 20th August 2014 (20/08/14) in writing to Darlington Borough Council Licensing Authority at Town Hall, Darlington, DL1 5QT where the register of Licencing Applications can be inspected between 10:00 and 16:00 and/or at www.darlington.gov.uk. It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is £5000.
