Notice is hereby given that We, Durham Gin Ltd, have applied to the Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as 26 High Street, Prince Bishops, Durham, DH1 3UJ for a New Premises Licence to permit the following proposed licensable activities: Provision of recorded music Monday to Saturday 10:00 18:00, Sunday 10:00 - 17:00 (Indoors Only), Sale by retail of alcohol Monday to Saturday 10:00 18:00, Sunday 11:00 - 17:00 (Off the premises only) (This application is time limited for a premises licence up until 31st December 2021) Due to the current circumstances surrounding COVID-19 if you wish to view the full application please email the Licensing Authority at licensing@durham.gov.uk. A Responsible Authority or Other Party under the Licensing Act 2003 can make representations/objections to these applications. Representations must be made in writing and received by 18th February 2021. Under the current circumstances, these can be emailed to licensing@durham.gov.uk. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
