Application for a renewal of a Sex Establishment Licence

NOTICE is given that Timothy Martin Hemming of Simply Pleasure Ltd, applied to East Dorset District Council on 25^th July 2014 for the application of a renewal of a Licence to use premises at Unit B, Stirling Business Park, 6 Nimrod Way, East Dorset Trade Park, Wimborne, Dorset. BH21 7SH, for the wholesale supply of sex articles as defined under the above Act. There will be no public access to the premises.

Any person who wishes to object to this application must give notice in writing of his/her objection to Head of Planning and Health, East Dorset District Council, Furzehill, Wimborne. Dorset BH21 4HN within 28 days of the date of the application which is given above. The objector must state the general grounds of the objections. The Council will not reveal the name of the objectors without their consent.
