LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Nuclear Liabilities Fund Limited has applied to London Borough of Wandsworth on 22 January 2021 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at 35-37 Battersea Rise, London, SW11 1HG for the provision of recorded music and the sale by retail of alcohol from 10:00 to 00:00 Monday to Saturday and from 12:00 to 23:30 Sunday, and the provision of late night refreshment from 23:00 to 00:30 Monday to Saturday and from 23:00 to 00:00 Sunday, to reinstate the lapsed licence on identical terms, as more particularly set out in the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Wandsworth Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils) Merton Civic Centre. London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX or by email to: licensing@merton.gov.uk to be received by no later than 19 February 2021 stating the grounds for making said representation. The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council's website
or by appointment at the Council's offices during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
