NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Proposed development at Ashurst Primary School, St Helens, WA11 9QJ
I give notice that Stuart Rainbow (on behalf of St Helens Borough Council - Building Services Department) is applying to the St Helens Borough Council - Planning Department for planning permission to rebuild Ashurst Primary School on the existing school playground and demolish the existing school to provide playground and car parking.
