I Niculina Simescu on the 22nd of January 2021 have applied for a premise licence for the premises known as 1 Ribble Square, Ribble Drive, Whitefield, M45 8AJ. The Licence if granted is to enable the following activities to take Place: The on and off sale of alcohol by retail Monday to Sunday 12.00 until 23.00 Any objections should be made in writing no later than 19th February 2021 to: Bury Licensing Service 3 Knowsley Place Duke Street Bury Lancashire BL9 0EJ. The Licensing register and Record of application are available for inspection at the above office by appointment only. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application under the Licensing Act 2003. The offence is subject to a maximum fine of £5000 on summary conviction.
