A public consultation is being conducted by Pegasus Group on behalf of Robert Hitchins Ltd, to provide further information and to seek the views of the local community regarding land at Grove End Farm, Grove Lane, Whitminster. The site, which is being considered by Stroud District Council as a potential growth point, has the capacity to deliver around 2,250 dwellings, employment land, a local centre providing some employment and local facilities and two primary schools; all set within a green infrastructure framework.
The purpose of this consultation is to seek the views of the community at an early stage to inform ongoing planning application work alongside the preparation of the Stroud District Local Plan.
The consultation is taking place between Monday 25th January and Monday 22nd February, to seek the views of the local community on the proposals. Further details can be found at:
