LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I Rachael Lapsley Of 1 Holmwood Avenue, Barnston, Wirral have applied to Wirral Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as: Fine Fruits of Pensby Ltd of 391 Pensby Road, Pensby, Wirral CH61 9PF for the following Licensable Activities: Sale of alcohol Monday Saturday 8.30-5.30pm. A full copy of the above application is kept on the Council website at https://www.wirral.gov.uk/business/licences-and-permits/entertainment-and-alcohol/current-applications-and-representations. Any person wishing to make representation in respect of the application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey by email to licensing@wirral.gov.uk no later than 25.02.2021. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
