MANAGEMENT OF GROUNDS
AND ASSOCIATED SERVICES CONTRACT

Lewes District Council (LDC) in partnership with iESE invites expressions of interest from suitably experienced and qualified suppliers for the Management of Grounds and Associated Maintenance services. The contract is to be awarded in December 2014. The contract start date will be 1st April 2015. The contract will run for 5 years with the option to extend annually by up to 3 years.

The purpose of the contract is:

* To provide for the Management of Grounds Maintenance services for Lewes District Council and its partners.

* To provide appropriate labour and materials for use in maintaining LDC parks, open spaces and cemeteries.

* To monitor performance to the contract and continuously improve the service provision to LDC through use of modern methods and materials;

Due to the Associated services and in accordance with the EU Procurement Regulations 2006, this is a Part B Procurement, however the restricted procedure will be followed for the purpose of short­listing suitable suppliers to Invite to Tender through a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire ("PQQ") stage.
