(Bakers Green, Goldhanger) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Bakers Green, Goldhanger in the District of Maldon from a point approximately 700m south east of its junction with Beckingham Street for a distance of approximately 150m in a southerly then south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th February 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EN014M11745 - Essex And Suffolk Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Essex And Suffolk Water. An alternative route is available via Little Totham Road, Bakers Green, Maldon Road, Blind Lane, Wash Lane, Church Lane and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 28th January 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Ship Road, Burnham-on-Crouch) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Ship Road, Burnham-on-Crouch in the District of Maldon, from its junction with High Street for a distance of approximately 125m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 20th February 2021 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30008339445 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. An alternative route is available via High Street, Riverside Road, Orchard Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 28th January 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Chelmsford Road, Purleigh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Chelmsford Road, Purleigh in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 65m north west of its junction with Spar Lane for a distance of approximately 105m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 24th January 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30073499197 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via Fambridge Road, Limebrook Way, Wycke Hill, Maldon Road, Oak Corner and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 21st January 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Fullbridge/Market Hill, Maldon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Fullbridge/Market Hill, Maldon in the District of Maldon, from both junctions with Fullbridge Roundabout to the junction with Cromwell Lane a distance of approximately 290m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 25th January 2021 for 19 days, or where stated on a valid permit (TT00120937/3-EAU - Utility Distribution Networks Ltd.). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new gas connection works are undertaken by Utility Distribution Networks Ltd.
An alternative route is available via High Street, Fambridge Road, Spital Road, Spital Road Roundabout, Maldon Bypass, Pond Roundabout, Heybridge Approach, Fullbridge Roundabout and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 14th January 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Manor Road, Dengie) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Manor Road, Dengie in the District of Maldon, from both of its junctions with Hall Road for a distance of approximately 445m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 27th January 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411SAWBLLT97K001 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via Hall Road, Tillingham Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 14th January 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Rectory Lane, Latchingdon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Rectory Lane, Latchingdon in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 40m north of its junction with Lower Burnham Road for a distance of approximately 405m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd February 2021 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411SAWCCP058L001 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken byBT.
An alternative route is available via Rectory Lane, Lower Bumham Road, Fambridge Road,
Summerhill, Main Road, Bumham Road and vice versa.

(Tudwick Road, Tolleshunt Knights) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Tudwick Road, Tolleshunt Knights in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 40m south west of its junction with Strawberry Lane for a distance of approximately 50m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 28th January 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008WCHNJ25V - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cable works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via Tudwick Road, Factory Hill, Brook Road, D'arcy Road, Oxley Hill, Kelvedon Road, North Street, South Street, Church Street, Beckingham Road, Tolleshunt D'arcy Road, Witham Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 14th January 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Various Roads, Maldon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of 30mph Speed Limit) & (Temporary Introduction of Clearway) (Streetworks No.1) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order
1. To temporarily close those various lengths of roads in the District of Maldon as detailed in the Schedule.

2. To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed limit in the various lengths of road as detailed in the schedule.

3. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the various lengths of roads as specified in the schedule for the duration of the restrictions in order to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.

4. "The Essex County Council (Maldon District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.

The works are scheduled to commence after 14th January 2021, as stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary tor these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on One.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.
The restrictions are required for the safely of the public and workforce while superfast installation cabling works are undertaken by County Broadband.
