LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Kolba Ltd. has applied to Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council on 14 January 2021 lor the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Beau Farm, 2 Grey Cottage, Beaurepaire Park, Bramley, Tadley, RG26 5EH, tor the sale by retail of alcohol (off sales only), Monday to Sunday 08:00-20:00, as more particularly set out In the application. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Head of Environmental Services, Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council, Civic Offices, London Road, Basingstoke, Hampshire, RG21 4AH or by email to: 

to be received by no later than 11 February 2021 stating the grounds for making said representation.

 or by appointment at the Council's offices during office hours. It is an offence, under section 156 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence Is unlimited.
