To whom it may concern, take note that I, ALI AVCIL - TILKILI LTD give notice that I have applied to South Oxfordshire District Council for a Premises Licence/ Club Premises Certificate/ variation of a Premises licence for USA FRIED CHICKEN AND PIZZA 6 ST MARTINS STREET, WALLINGFOR, OX10 0AL or that I have applied under S.34 Licensing Act 2003/ S84 Licensing Act 2003 in respect of EXTENDING THE OPENING HOURS FROM 23.00 TO 01.30 FRIDAY AND SATURDAY NIGHTS

Anyone wishing to object to these variations should give notice in writing to The Licensing Officer, South Oxfordshire District Council, Benson Lane, Crowmarsh Gifford, Wallingford,

Oxon. OX10 8NL before 19/08/2014 [insert date of 28 days after the date on which the application was made] and where a copy of the application can be inspected between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and a person convicted of such an offence will be liable to a fine up to £5000 based on a summary conviction.
