An application has been made by Eco World Ballymore Embassy Gardens Ltd to the London Borough of Wandsworth in relation to the application for a New Premises Licence for premises known as and situated at The Sky Garden, Level 10/10th Floor, Building A04, Embassy Gardens, 1 Ponton Road, London SW11 7BD. The application provides for the licensable activity of the sale and supply of alcohol between the hours of 9am and 10pm on Sundays to Thursdays and 9am and 10.30pm daily on Fridays and Saturdays and for the benefit of residents and their bona fide guests only (no members of the public will be allowed access). It is an offence for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application. The maximum fine on conviction is unlimited.
