LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
We Premier Booze Corner hereby make application for a Premises Licence in respect of 148-150 Hamlet Court Road Westcliff On Sea Southend SS0 7LN. The relevant licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on are: the supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises between 06.00am and 00.00am daily. Opening hours are the same. Responsible authorities or any person may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Southend-on-Sea Borough Council). All such representations shall be made in writing, by 12/02/2021. Representations should be sent to The Licensing Authority, Southend-on-Sea Borough Council, Civic Centre, Victoria Avenue, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS2 6ZG or emailed to licact2003@southend.gov.uk . A record of the application, and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Council's office address given above, between 10.00am and 4.00am on Mondays to Fridays or on their website www.southend.gov.uk . It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is level 5 on the standard scale.
