ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1)
Temporary Road Closure Graemesdyke Avenue, East Sheen
(Reference 21/011)

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate remedial repairs, they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Graemesdyke Avenue, East Sheen.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Graemesdyke Avenue.

3. The order will come into effect on 20 January 2021. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 20 January 2021 until 22 January 2021 and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Upper Richmond Road, Leinster Avenue, and St Leonards Road.

5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

6. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1)
Temporary Parking Suspension Amyand Park Road, Twickenham
(Reference 21/010)

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate repairs to the Amyand Park Road Footbridge, they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Amyand Park Road, Twickenham.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in Amyand Park Road from a point opposite Amyand Park Road Chapel to a point opposite number 164 Amyand Park Read (8 spaces).

3. The order will come into effect on 18 January 2021. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 18 January 2021 until 15 February 2021 and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

5. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1)
Temporary Bus Lane Suspension Castelnau, Barnes
(Reference 21/012)

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a fire hydrant replacement they intend to make a Temporary Traffic Order the effect of which is to introduce a bus lane suspension in Castelnau, Barnes.

2. Whilst the works take place, all vehicular traffic will be permitted to proceed in the bus lane on the north-western side of Castelnau, from its junction with Washington Road, south-westwards to its junction with Newport Road.

3. The order will come into effect on 25 January 2021 will be in force at all times from 25 January 2021 until 28 January 2021 where relevant signs are placed. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, or until the works are completed, whichever is the sooner.

4. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any vehicle being used, or any person in connection with the execution of the said works;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

Temporary Road Closure Williams Lane, Mortlake
(Reference 21/009)

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate the removal of a tree, they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Williams Lane. Mortlake.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, in Williams Lane between its junction with Thames Bank and the south western kerb line of Varsity Row.

5. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1)
Temporary Road Closure Vine Road, Barnes
(Reference 21/008)

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate fire hydrant replacement, they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Vine Road, Barnes.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in Vine Road, from a point south of the southern level crossing to a point north of the northern level crossing.

3. The order will come into effect on 18 January 2021. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 18 January 2021 until 20 January 2021 and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. An alternative route for vehicles will be available via Vine Road, Upper Richmond Road, Rocks Lane, Mill Hill Road, Station Road, Vine Road and vice versa.

5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

6. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
