I, Daniella Ashfield (Old Amersham Gin Ltd) have applied to Chiltern District Council for the Grant of a Premises Licence for the following premises. 25 High Street, Old Amersham, HP7 0DP (Lightning Collective). The proposed variation is for the following:-
The proposed licensable activities for 25, High Street, Old Amersham, Buckinghamshire, HP7 0DP include the sale of alcohol: Retail sales of Old Amersham Gin between the hours Monday- Saturday 11am- 6pm Alcohol for consumption on site Monday- Saturday 11am- 11pm (specifically Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays but licence applied for all week in case of an event)

Interested parties or responsible authorities can make written representations to the Licensing Authority any time up to the 2nd of February . It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a licence application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is £5000.
