(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF A5135 ELSTREE WAY AND THE FOOTWAY SITUATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF A513S ROWLEY LANE, BOREHAMWOOD) ORDER 2021
NOTICE Is given that Hertfordshire County Council Intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be:-
1. To prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of A5135 Elstree Way, Borehamwood from its southernmost junction with A5135 Rowley Lane south westwards and north westwards for a distance of approximately 35m ("the Road").
An alternative route will be via A5135 (Rowley Lane/Elstree Way).
2. To prohibit all pedestrians from using the footway situated on the west side of A5135 Rowley Lane, Borehamwood from its junction with the 'BP Garage' exit road south eastwards for a distance of approximately 46m ("the Footway").
An alternative route will be via the footway situated on the westside of A5135 Rowley Lane, the footpath situated on the north side of Travelodge' and the footway situated on the east side of A5135 Elstree Way.
The Order is needed because utility installation works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road and Footway.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 25 January 2021for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road and Footway.

(TEMPORARY TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT MEASURES ON SYDNEY ROAD, WATFORD) ORDER 2021
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect on the following lengths of roads ("the Roads") will be:-
1. To prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Sydney Road, Watford from its junction with Hagden Lane north westwards for a distance of approximately 32m, except for access.
An alternative route will be via Hagden Lane, Whippendell Road and Sydney Road.
2. The existing one way traffic system on that length of Sydney Road, Watford from its junction with Whippendell Road south westwards for a distance of approximately 10m will be temporarily suspended to enable all vehicles to travel in both directions within this length of road, whilst works are in progress.
The Order is needed because foul sewer connection works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads. If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 18 January 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect on the following lengths of roads ("the Roads") will be:-
1. To prohibit all vehicular traffic from making a right turn manoeuvre from Bushey Mill Lane into the northbound carriageway A412 St Albans Road, Watford, whilst works are in progress and signs are in place.
An alternative route will be via A412 St Albans Road, the A411 The Avenue/ A411 Beechen Grove roundabout and A412 St Albans Road.
2. To prohibit all vehicular traffic from making a right turn manoeuvre from the southbound carriageway of A412 St Albans Road into Longspring, Watford, whilst works are in progress and signs are in place.
An alternative route will be via A412 St Albans Road, the A411 The Avenue/ A411 Beechen Grove roundabout and A412 St Albans Road.
3. To prohibit all vehicular traffic from making a right turn manoeuvre from the northbound carriageway of A412 St Albans Road into Bushey Mill Lane, Watford, whilst works are in progress and signs are in place.
An alternative route will be via A412 St Albans Road, the A41 North
Western Avenue roundabout and A412 St Albans Road.
The Order is needed because foul sewer maintenance works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 25 January 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads.

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Phillipers, Watford from its junction with Fairfolds north westwards for a distance of approximately 95m ("the Road''), except for access.
An alternative route will be via Fairfolds, Bowmans Green and Phillipers. ADDITIONALLY all vehicles are prohibited from waiting at any time on both sides of this length of the Road whilst works are in progress. The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of A405 (North Orbital Road, Watford/St Albans Road, Garston and North Orbital Road, Chiswell Green) from its junction with the A41 North Western Avenue/High Road roundabout north eastwards, south eastwards and north eastwards to its junction with the M25 (junction 21a) roundabout ("the length of Roads"), a distance of approximately 5598m, except for access. An alternative route will be via A41 (North Western Avenue/Hempstead Road/Watford Road/unnamed road), the A41 Two Waters Way Intersection, A41 Two Waters Way, A414 (St Albans Road/Breakspear Way), the M1, A41 (unnamed road) and A405 North Orbital Road. NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular baffle from using that length of Wayside Avenue, Bushey from its northernmost junction with Little Bushey Lane north eastwards, south eastwards and south westwards for its entire length ("the Road").
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works. NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads") and to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at any time on both sides of these lengths of Roads whilst works are in progress:-
1. that length of A412 Denham Way, Maple Cross from its junction with the A412 Oxbridge Road roundabout south westwards for a distance of approximately 684m.
An alternative route will be via A412 (Oxbridge Road/Rectory Road), A404 (Chodeywood Road/Rickmansworth RoadVChenies Road/Amersham Road/ White Lion Road/Stanley Hill), A413 (London Road East/Amersham Road/ London Road/Amersham Road/Gravel Hill/ unnamed road/Amersham Road), A40 Oxford Road and A412 (Denham Avenue/North Orbital Road/ Denham Way).
2. that length of Chalfont Road/Denham Way, Maple Cross from its junction with Homhill Road north eastwards and eastwards to its junction with A412 Denham Way, a distance of approximately 270m.
An alternative route will be via Homhill Road, Woodland Road and A412 Denham Way.
3. that length of Denham Way/Maple Lodge Close, Maple Cross from its junction with A412 Denham Way south eastwards for a distance of approximately 34m.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works. The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads.

An alternative route will be via A41 (North Western Avenue Colne Way/
North Western Avenue), A412 St Albans Road, Garston Lane,
The Gossamers, York Way and Westiea Avenue.
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or
near the Roads.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 25 January 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads.
