The Essex County Council Definitive Map Modification No. 635 (Footpath 19 Mayland, Maldon District) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs on 16 April 2020 confirmed the above mentioned Order with modifications and it took effect on that day.
The effect of the Order is to modify the Definitive Map for the County of Essex by:-
Adding a length of public footpath along Seaview Parade from North Drive in an easterly direction for a distance of approximately 75 metres. The width of the way is 3.1 metres.

If any person is aggrieved by this Order and desires to question its validity on the ground that it is not within the powers of section 53 or that any of the requirements of Schedule 15 have not been complied with in relation to it, he may within 42 days from the date of publication of this Notice make an application to the High Court under paragraph 12(1) of Schedule 15 to the Act. (Fullbridge/Market Hill, Maldon)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Fullbridge/Market Hill, Maldon in the District of Maldon, from both junctions with Fullbridge Roundabout to the junction with Cromwell Lane a distance of approximately 290m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 25th January 2021 tor 19 days, or where stated on a valid permit (TT00120937/3-EAU - Utility Distribution Networks Ltd.). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required tor the safety of the public and workforce while new gas connection works are undertaken by Utility Distribution Networks Ltd.
An alternative route is available via High Street, Fambridge Road, Spital Road, Spital Road Roundabout, Maldon Bypass, Pond Roundabout, Heybridge Approach, Fullbridge Roundabout and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 14th January 2021 and may continue in force tor 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Manor Road, Dengie)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Manor Road, Dengie in the District of Maldon, from both of its junctions with Hall Road for a distance of approximately 445m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 27th January 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411SAWBLLT97K001 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by BT.
An alternative route is available via Hall Road, Tillingham Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 14th January 2021 and may continue in force tor 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Rectory Lane, Latchingdon in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 40m north of its junction with Lower Burnham Road for a distance of approximately 405m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd February 2021 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411SAWCCP058L001 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary tor these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by BT.
An alternative route is available via Rectory Lane, Lower Burnham Road, Fambridge Road, Summerhill, Main Road, Bumham Road and vice versa.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Tudwick Road, Tolleshunt Knights in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 40m south west of its junction with Strawberry Lane for a distance of approximately 50m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 28th January 2021 tor 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008WCHNJ25V - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cable works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via Tudwick Road, Factory Hill, Brook Road, D'arcy Road, Oxley Hill, Kelvedon Road, North Street, South Street, Church Street, Beckingham Road, Tolleshunt D'arcy Road, Witham Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 14th January 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of 30mph Speed Limit) & (Temporary Introduction of Clearway)
(Streetworks No.1) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close those various lengths of roads in the District of Maldon, as detailed in the Schedule.

2. To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed limit in the various lengths of road as detailed in the Schedule.

3. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the various lengths of roads as specified in the schedule for the duration of the restrictions in order to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.

4. "The Essex County Council (Maldon District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.

The works are scheduled to commence after 14th January 2021, as stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary tor these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on One.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained tor emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/ leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road. The restrictions are required for the safety of the public and workforce while superfast installation cabling works are undertaken by County Broadband.
The Order will come into effect on 14th January 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of London Road, Maldon in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Curling Tye Lane for a distance of approximately 435m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 21st January 2021 tor 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008PTMS272103E - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole testing works are undertaken by BT.
An alternative route is available via Old London Road, London Road, Maldon Road, Chelmsford Road, Oak Comer, Wycke Hill, Limebrook Roundabout, Wycke Hill Business Park, Limebrook Way, Fambridge Road, Spital Road, High Street and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 24th December 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
