Notice is hereby given that Anteros Wine and Spirits Merchant Limited of 2 Fennel Drive, Bradley Stoke, Bristol BS32 OBX has applied to South Gloucestershire Council for the GRANT of a Premises Licence for 2 Fennel Drive, Bradley Stoke, Bristol BS32 OBX.
Supply of alcohol - Monday to Friday (09:00 -17:30), Saturday (10:00 -17:30), and Sunday (12:00 - 16:00) Hours premises are open to the public: None.
A record of the application made to the Licensing Authority will be kept on a register at South Gloucestershire Council, Licensing Service, Engine Common Lane, Yate, South Gloucestershire, BS37 7PN.

Any representations must be made by 19 January 2020 after which date, no objections will be considered.
Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Sub-Committee and will therefore pass into the public domain. Representations must relate to one of the four licensing objectives.
IT IS AN OFFENCE, LIABLE ON CONVICTION TO A FINE OF UP TO LEVEL 5 ON THE STANDARD SCALE (UNLIMITED) UNDER SECTION 158 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003 TO KNOWINGLY OR RECKLESSLY MAKE A FALSE STATEMENT IN CONNECTION WITH THIS APPLICATION.
