Application for the grant of a new Premises Licence Premises: The Former Witton Gilbert WMC May Lea Sacriston Lane Witton Gilbert Durham DH7 6RH. Notice is given that 1Step Social Limited applied to Durham County Council on 1 August 2014 for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the above premises for the following licensable activities: The sale of alcohol between the hours of 10.00 to 23.00 Monday to Sunday inclusive. The provision of recorded music, live music, dancing and such other regulated entertainment as specified in the application between the hours of 11.00 to 23.20 Monday to Sunday inclusive subject to the conditions as specified in the application. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Department Durham County Council PO Box 617 Durham DH1 9HZ. Representations must be received by no later than 29 August 2014. The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at www.durham.gov.uk. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is £5,000
