ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT, 1984, SECTION 14 AS AMENDED AND THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 LION GREEN ROAD, COULSDON TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate electrical connection works, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic in Lion Green Road, Coulsdon.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place Lion Green Road will be closed north-westbound between its junctions with Brighton Road and Chipstead Valley Road.
3. Whilst the restriction is in place the diversion route for traffic will be via Farthing Way, Brighton Road, Banstead Road, Foxley Lane, Smitham Bottom Lane and Woodcote Grove Road, as appropriately signed.
4. The Order will come into operation on 10 January 2021 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within approximately one day. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS PLOUGH LANE, PURLEY TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate new water service connection works, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily prohibit traffic in Plough Lane, Purley.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed in Plough Lane between the common boundary of Nos. 2 and 4 Plough Lane and its junction with Foxley Lane.
3. During the closure the diversion route will be via Foxley Lane, Purley Way, Stafford Road, Sandy Lane South, Forester's Drive and Plough Lane and vice versa, or via Foxley Lane, Woodcote Road, Stafford Road, Sandy Lane South, Forester's Drive and Plough Lane and vice versa, as appropriately signed.
4. The Order will come into operation on 09 January 2021 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out over two weekends (09 and 10 January and 16 and 17 January 2021). However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required. The prohibitions will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.
5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS DOWNSVIEW ROAD, UPPER NORWOOD TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC & PARKING
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate works to install a new water connection, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily prohibit traffic and parking in Downsview Road.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place:-
a) Downsview Road will be closed to vehicular traffic northbound between the common boundary of No. 1a Downsview Road and No. 279 Beulah Hill and the junction with Beulah Hill;
b) The north-western footway of Downsview Road (opposite No. 1 a Downsview Road) will be closed and pedestrians will be diverted into a walkway in the carriageway;
c) Parking will be suspended and waiting and loading restrictions will apply at any time in Downsview Road between the common boundary of No. 1a Downsview Road and No. 279 Beulah Hill and the junction with Beulah Hill.
3. Whilst the closure remains in force the alternative route for diverted traffic will be via Waddington Way, Spurgeon Road and Beulah Hill, as appropriately signed.
4. The Order will come into operation on 25 January 2021 and it is anticipated that the works will be completed within four days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required. The prohibitions will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.
5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC & PARKING
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate works on behalf of Thames Water to exchange a district meter, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic and parking in Hathaway Road.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place:-
(a) Hathaway Road will be closed at its junction with London Road;
(b) Parking will be suspended as necessary in Hathaway Road and waiting and loading restrictions will apply at any time;
(c) One-way working in Hathaway Road will be suspended to allow two-way traffic.
3. During the works the diversion route for traffic will be via London Road, Kidderminster Road and St. James's Road, as appropriately signed.
4. The Order will come into operation on 25 January 2021 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within five days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS HOLLYMEOAK ROAD, COULSDON TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate ducting works, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily prohibit vehicular traffic movements in Hollymeoak Road.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place Hollymeoak Road will be closed outside Nos. 41 to 47 Hollymeoak Road.
3. Whilst the closure is in place the alternative route for traffic will be via Portnalls Road, Lion Green Road, Brighton Road, Star Lane, Hogscross Lane, High Road, Starrock Lane and Coulsdon Lane, as appropriately signed.
4. The Order will come into operation on 26 January 2021 and it is anticipated that the works will be completed within three days. However the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required. The prohibitions will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.
5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.
