(Stony Path, Loughton) (Temporary Waiting Restriction) Order 2021
Notice Is hereby given
Colchester Borough Council acting on behalf of the North Essex Parking Partnership in exercise of the delegated powers of the traffic authority Essex County Council granted under an Agreement dated 31 March 2011 proposes to make a temporary Order under Sections 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order: To temporarily introduce double yellow line (No Waiting At Any Time) junction protections on Stony Path, Loughton at its junction with Baldwin's Hill in the district of Epping Forest.
The Order is proposed come into operation on 18 January 2021 to remain in force for a period of up to 18 months.
(Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No.9) (Part 1) Order 2021

that Essex County Council has made the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45,46,49 and 53 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 previously advertised as The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No.9) Order 20**.
The effect of the Order:
1. To upgrade the existing advisory bays on the following lengths of roads in the District of Epping Forest to enforceable Disabled Badge Holders Only bays:

Road Description
Turpins Lane, Chigwell
SOUTH WEST SIDE:
i. From a point in line with the boundary of No.53/55 Turpins Lane, north west for approximately 5 metres.
ii. From a point in line with the boundary of No.83/85 Turpins Lane, south east for approximately 5.5 metres.

Wheelers Farm Gardens, North Weald
SOUTH SIDE: From a point approximately 8.2 metres east of a point in line  with the eastern building wall of no's 19 & 20 Wheelers Farm Gardens, east for approximately 6 metres.

James Street, Epping
SOUTH EAST SIDE: From a point in line with the boundary of No.16/18 James Street, north east for approximately 6.2 metres.

Grosvenor Drive, Loughton
SOUTH EAST SIDE: From a point in line with the boundary of No.90/92, north east for approximately 6.5 metres.

SOUTH WEST SIDE: From a point approximately 2.6 metres north west of the boundary of No. 13/15 Cleland Path, north west for approximately 5 metres.

2. To revoke Permit Parking Area Q Mon-Fri 8am-6pm and Sat 10am-4pm restrictions and replace with Disabled Badge Holders Only bay (this will replace the existing advisory bay) on the following length of Meadow Road, Epping in the District of Epping Forest, NORTH EAST SIDE: From a point in line with the north west building line of No.32 Meadow Road, south east for approximately 4.8 metres. Map Tile: TQ420 957 revision 0 to revision 1.

3. To revoke Disabled Badge Holders Only bays on the following lengths of road in the District of Epping Forest:

Road Description
Skamings Court
NORTH SIDE (within layby): From a point approximately 7.4 metres east of the western property boundary of 1 -4 Skamings Court, east for approximately 5.4 metres.

Goldings Road
SOUTH SIDE: From a point approximately 1.2 metres west of the western building line of No.96/98 Goldings Road, east for approximately 5.5 metres.

Barrington Road
SOUTH WEST SIDE: From a point in line with the shared boundary of No.1/3 Barrington Road, north west for approximately 6.5 metres.

Roding View
SOUTH EAST SIDE: From a point approximately 4.7 metres south west
of the shared boundary of No.31/33 Roding View, south west for approximately 5.6 metres.

4. To revoke Disabled Badge Holders Only bay and replace with Resident Permit Parking Area EF1 Mon-Fri 10am-2.30pm on the following length of Charles Street, Epping in the District of Epping Forest, SOUTH SIDE: From a point in line with the shared boundary of No.18/20 Charles Street, south west for approximately 6 metres. Map Tile: TL460 010 revision 0 to revision 1.

5. To revoke Disabled Badge Holders Only bay and replace with Resident Permit Parking Area L3 Mon-Sat 8am-6pm on the following length of Forest Road, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, SOUTH WEST SIDE: From a point approximately 1.1 metres south east of the north west boundary of No.116 Forest Road, south east for approximately 6.6 metres. Map Tile: TQ420 962 revision 0 to revision 1.

6. To revoke Resident Permit Parking Area L1 Mon-Fri 10am-4pm and replace with Disabled Badge Holders Only bay (this will replace the existing advisory bay) on the following length of Ladyfields, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, SOUTH WEST SIDE: From a point in line with the boundary of No. 14/16 Ladyfields, south east for approximately 5 metres. Map Tile: TQ440 960 revision 0 to revision 1.

7. To revoke Residents Permit Holders Only Zone A Mon - Fri 10am - 4pm and replace with Disabled Badge Holders Only bay on the following length of Springfield, Epping in the District of Epping Forest, NORTH EAST SIDE: From a point in line with the extended southern building line of 15 Springfield, north westwards for 5.3 metres. Map Tile: TL455 010 revision 0 to revision 2.

This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by substituting tile number TL400 005, TQ415 942, TQ420 957, TQ420 962, TQ425 920, TQ430 917, TQ430 975, TQ435 975, TL460 010, TL460 030, TQ440 960, TQ440 975, TQ440 977, TL495 040 revision 0 to revision 1, TL455 010.TQ440 965 revision 1 to revision 2.
Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 15 January 2021.

Application to the high court Anyone who wishes to question the validity of the Order of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from the date of the making of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose.

(Church Lane, Sheering) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Lane, Sheering in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 280m southeast of both of its junctions with The Street for a distance of approximately 95m in a southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 25th January 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX04410117597 - Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while step tap and boundary box works are undertaken by Affinity Water.
An alternative route is available via Church Lane, The Street, Harlow Road, Sheering Road, Gilden Way, Gilden Way Spur, Moor Hall Road, Matching Road, Matching Green Road, Matching Tye Road, Matching Parsonage Farm Lane and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 14th January 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Epping Lane, Theydon Mount) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Epping Lane, Theydon Mount in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 120m northeast of its junction with Hobbs Cross Road for a distance of approximately 80m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 28th January 2021 for 7 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX043215ND1231 - Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains connection works are undertaken by Affinity Water.
An alternative route is available via Epping Lane, Abridge Road, Ongar Road, Passingford Bridge Roundabout, London Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 14th January 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(High Laver Road, High Laver) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of High Laver Road, High Laver in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 130m northeast of its junction with Workers Road for a distance of approximately 205m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 26th January 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008IBBHGRRL - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while telegraph pole erection works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via High Laver Road, Matching Road, Matching Tye Road, Harlow Road, Matching Green Road, Moor Hall Road, Sheering Road, Churchgate Street, Hobbs Cross Road, Threshers Bush, Workers Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 14th January 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Tawney Common, Stapleford Tawney) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice Is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Tawney Common, Stapleford Tawney in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 515m southeast of both junctions with Epping Road for a distance of approximately 215m in a southeasterly then northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 25th January 2021 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX054288344600 - Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Affinity Water.
An alternative route is available via Tawney Common, Epping Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 14th January 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Various Roads, District of Epping Forest) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway & Temporary Introduction
of 30mph Speed Limit) (No.1) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order
1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the District of Epping Forest as specified in the schedule to this Order.

2. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closures to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping restriction will be in force.

3. To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed limit in the lengths of road as per the schedule. "The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 14th January 2021, exact dates will be specified on One.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.

that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Brooklyn Parade, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Traps Hill to its junction with Brooklyn Avenue a distance of approximately 145m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 11th January 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2304531 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/ or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while kerbing and carriageway repair works are undertaken by Essex County Council. (Englands Lane & Clays Lane, Loughton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Englands Lane, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Clays Lane for a distance of approximately 325m in a northeasterly then northerly direction.

2. To temporarily close that length of Clays Lane, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Englands Lane for a distance of approximately 30m in a southwesterly direction.

The closures are scheduled to commence on 15th January 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EP02231004788 - Crown Tree Services). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closures are required for the safety of the public and workforce while the removal of overhanging branches work is undertaken by Crown Tree Services. An alternative route is available via Debden Lane, Loughton Lane, The Green, Coppice Row, Jacks Hill, Wake Arms Roundabout, Goldings Hill, Lower Road, Englands Lane and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 24th December 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Forest Road, Loughton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice Is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Forest Road, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with High Road to its junction with Smarts Lane a distance of approximately 590m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th January 2021 for 9 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2304471 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via High Road, Manor Road, Epping New Road, Robin Hood Roundabout, Earls Path and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 24th December 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
