The Licence if granted is to enable the following activities to take Place: The off sale of alcohol by retail Monday to Sunday 10.00am until 21.00 Any objections should be made in writing no later than 1st February 2021 to: Licensing Section, Trafford Town Hall, Talbot Road, Stretford, M32 0TH. The Licensing register and Record of application are available for inspection at the above office by appointment only. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application under the Licensing Act 2003. The offence is subject to a maximum fine of £5000 on summary conviction.
